It's Christmas So Enjoy It

 It’s Christmas, and we shouldn’t go hog-wild and overeat or consume too much Holiday Cheer, but we shouldn’t avoid parties and other gatherings because we’re trying not to gain weight.

The holidays only come once a year so enjoy it, taste those thing you like, just don’t overdo. What helps me keep my weight is at parties and other gatherings I stand as much as possible. Staying on my feet helps me burn more calories.

Enjoy the season, be happy, I’ll be back on the down-side.
