Try Something New For Breakfast

Most people with weight problems skip breakfast during the week. They're not hungry when they wake up so they either workout and then go to work and find a snack around 10 am. That's not the way and you'll have trouble losing weight like that.

I'm predicting that drinkable yogurt will get more people eating breakfast again. In the 1960's breakfast was a necessity. Everyone ate breakfast and very few people had a weight problem. We had a lower drop-out rate in public school and a higher level of well-educated graduates.
Drinkable yogurt is the answer to a super quick breakfast that gives you all the nutrition necessary in the morning. I'm not blaming all our social problems on not eating breakfast, but it's strange that you can make a case that there might be a connection. It's probably a coincidence.
Breakfast is essential for weight loss. I believe that and you're not going to change my mind. You have to feed your body early in the morning. The first hour after you get up. It's the best way to start burning calories and start the body functions.
For the past 40 years, we have gotten out of the habit of eating early. We stay in bed as long as possible, then race through our morning routine, and run out the door holding a commuter cup of coffee and cry about how rushed we are in the morning. It's no wonder everyone is usually late; late to class, late to work and late for that appointment. Don't you get tired of apologizing? Has anyone ever thought of changing their routine so they have more time? Did you ever notice how many accidents commuters have in the morning? It seems like everyone is wired like they drank an entire pot of coffee before they got to work.
Did you know that all that stress built up in you is because you don't eat in the morning?  If your having trouble losing weight try eating breakfast before you leave the house and a good way is to drink your breakfast. You can make yogurt drinks at night, put them in the frig, shake them up in the morning and eat on the go. You can get the coffee later.
