Losing Fat is Not Just About Exercise?

If you are a dieter and have been fighting the battle of the bulge for a while now, you probably know that exercise isn't the only important part of losing fat. You have to eat the right foods.
Okay, I could make a list of all the foods you should be eating and you'll look at the list and think "I eat most of those things", and you probably do, but what's more important is what you "shouldn't be eating".

Eating healthy foods once a day or having a healthy meal once a day isn't enough. Everything we put in our month has to be for one purpose only. "To Give the body nutrition." The whole idea of eating healthy is to eat as much as you need but to eat only what will give your body nutrition. It's the nutrition from food that gives the body the energy to function properly. The body will always function on less but some functions will have to be put on the back-burner in the hopes of getting more energy later.

Why do thin people seem to have more energy? First, they can use their energy more efficiently. If your body is large than normal, your body's energy has to maintain all the extra mass that a thinner person doesn't have. Did you ever notice how much time a heavy person will spend sitting? They can run out of energy quickly and if they're on a diet they run out of energy much quicker than normal. It's true that most heavy people don't eat any more than a thin person, but they stay heavy because they don't burn calories and why is that? Why aren't active enough. But because of their diet, they don't have enough energy to be more active.

So, you do have to fix your diet before you can be more active and lose fat. You can fix your diet by stop eat everything you're eating now. Start eating nothing but fresh whole food. It will be lots of fruit and vegetables, nuts, beans, legumes and anything else that's green. Eat more seafood but eat the seafood without gravies or sauces or creams. From now on you'll only flavor food with a dry seasoning. No sugar and any drinks that have calories.

Another word, people lived along the sea for thousands of years and only ate the fish they caught and the food they grew. Things like honey and olive oil have been part of the human diet for thousands of years. I know that people ate bread before the ancient Greeks but the bread we buy isn't the same and if you want to lose weight you should avoid anything from the Bakery and no Dairy and only a little meat once a week. Buy everything fresh and eat all you want, just stick to the plan. Eat fresh, whole foods and drink lots of water to keep your system flushed. It will take a little time for your body to adjust and talk to your doctor before changing your diet. After a few weeks, the weight will start to drop off and you will feel like a new person with lots of energy like you never had before. After you lose your first 20 pounds you'll never want to be that other person again.
