We often wonder why we're not losing weight. Yes, it can be your diet. Sometimes we get every comfortable after we lose the first 5 pounds. We think we can cheat once in a while and it won't make any difference. But it does. You are either in a weight loss mode or a weight maintaince mode you can't be in both.
