I call these artificial foods. Artificial foods are the processed foods. Food that is made in a factory. Food that is made to look good and taste good but most often has no nutrition. Often when I'm at the grocery I'm tempted to buy a cake or donuts, maybe some crackers or canned soup. Not a good idea. There's nothing there but empty calories. Food cost too much today to be spending money on food that has no value. If you want to justify that grocery bill, look at each item before you buy it and ask yourself what good will I get out of this? I bet the grocery bill gets much smaller.
